Reward Weight determines a property’s relative share of Stock Tokens actually deposited into its district. Higher weight means a larger relative share—not a fixed APY or promised return.

DEED applies a 3% creator tax on Pons trades. After a Pons sweep, anyone can call DEEDFeeRouter to claim the Fee Escrow credit. The router atomically accounts the exact 3333 / 6667 BPS Treasury and Genesis split, wraps the Genesis remainder, and funds immutable 300-second reward streams. Stock Token availability and amounts are not guaranteed.
